Project types

Built for the fit-out work Singapore teams actually quote.

The same workflow scales from a one-bedroom HDB unit to a 12,000 ft² office. The duplicate-project flow is the reason — your fifth quote starts from your fourth, not from a blank spreadsheet.

  • Commercial office fit-out

Partitions, ceilings, flooring, doors, system furniture — priced live as you measure.

  • F&B and retail

Carpentry, finishes, MEP risers and bulkheads, with cutouts for openings and shopfronts.

  • HDB and condo unit fit-out

Smaller scope, faster turnaround. Quote items reuse from your last project to skip re-typing.

  • A&A and reinstatement

Use revision deltas to flag what changed between dilapidation and reinstatement scope.

Pricing model

Cost × markup → live sell rate. The margin chip is the answer.

Most fit-out tools store one sell rate per item. Quotiqa splits it into cost, markup, and sell — so you can see margin live as you quote. Read the pricing-model post for the full reasoning.

  • Quote in SGD, ex-GST or inclusive — your call per project.
  • Subcontractor exports filtered by trade — clean breakdowns for partition, ceiling, carpentry suppliers.
  • Revision deltas flag what changed between R0 and R1 quote scope.
  • Reusable item packages — your standard partition spec is one click away on the next quote.
  • Branded client PDF with terms and exclusions baked in.

FAQ

Singapore fit-out estimator questions.

Is Quotiqa built specifically for Singapore?
Quotiqa is interior fit-out takeoff and quote software with SGD pricing, GST handling, and a workflow that fits Singapore commercial, HDB, condo, F&B, and retail fit-out work. It is not a Singapore-only tool — Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Australia teams use the same workflow — but the defaults, currencies, and pricing tiers are SGD-first.
Does it generate BCA or SCDF compliance documents?
No. Quotiqa is a takeoff and quotation tool. It produces the priced BOQ, the client quotation PDF, and the subcontractor breakdown. Statutory submissions for the Building and Construction Authority or Singapore Civil Defence Force are separate and remain with your QP or compliance consultant.
Can I add GST to the client quote?
Yes. Tax is configurable per project — add GST as a separate line on the quotation export, or quote ex-GST and let the client invoice apply tax downstream. The current Singapore rate is 9% (since January 2024).
How does it handle HDB versus commercial fit-out scope?
Same workflow, different scale. HDB and condo unit fit-outs benefit most from the duplicate-project flow — your second one-bedroom HDB quote starts from the first one's measurements and rates, so you are not re-typing partition specs every job. Commercial fit-outs benefit more from the layered trade structure.
Does pricing memory work across projects?
Yes. Your last-used cost, markup, and sell rates carry across all your projects. When you start a new quote, your usual partition rate, ceiling rate, and door rate are already there. Adjust per project as needed.
Can my team subcontractors get a partial export?
Yes. Filter the priced BOQ by trade or layer and export. The drywall sub gets only the partition and ceiling rows. The carpentry sub gets only the joinery rows. No need to maintain three separate spreadsheets.
Where is the company based and where does support come from?
Quotiqa is built and supported from Singapore. Demo bookings and email support operate on SGT business hours. The product itself is browser-based and works from anywhere.
Can we subscribe without a sales call?
Yes. Start a 14-day no-card trial, then subscribe through Stripe. Book demo remains available for teams that want the S$299 first-month Team Pilot with onboarding and price-list review.
