These terms describe trial, subscription, and assisted pilot use while Quotiqa is validated on real fit-out quote workflows.
Early access
Quotiqa is offered as an early-access product for interior fit-out takeoff and quote workflow validation. Features may change as real pilot feedback comes in.
Trial and subscriptions
New accounts start with a 14-day no-card trial. Starter is S$99/month for 1 estimator and Team is S$249/month for up to 3 estimators unless otherwise agreed in writing. Optional Team Pilot support may be offered at S$299 for the first month. Stripe handles checkout, invoices, cancellation, and card updates.
Demo and pilot support
Book demo remains available for teams that want assisted setup, workflow review, or a guided pilot before subscribing.
Local project data
The app stores project PDFs, measurements, pricing, and backups locally in the user's browser. Users are responsible for exporting backups before clearing browser storage or changing devices.
No CAD/BIM promise
Quotiqa is not CAD, BIM, AI wall detection, or a design-authoring system. It is a quantity takeoff and quote workflow tool for PDF plans.
