Quotiqa is a Singapore-built takeoff and quotation workflow for interior fit-out contractors. The aim is simple: turn plan PDFs into measured scope, live BOQ rows, and client-ready quote files without rebuilding the schedule in a spreadsheet.
Product stance
Narrow on purpose.
Quotiqa is not a construction platform. It is the quoting layer for teams that already receive 2D PDFs and need faster, cleaner quote output.
Quote-first
The product starts with takeoff, but the job is not finished until the client quote is ready.
Local-first
Project PDFs, measurements, pricing, and backups stay in browser storage unless the user chooses to export or share files.
Not CAD or BIM
Quotiqa complements CAD, BIM, and Bluebeam-style workflows for contractors still quoting from 2D PDFs.
Repeat speed
